To use PE composite layflat hose properly, confirm that pump pressure matches the hose rated pressure before startup. Over‑pressure operation is strictly prohibited. When laying, keep away from gravel, steel bars and sharp objects, and do not drag roughly on the ground. Prevent kinks and twists, which cause local stress concentration and lead to burst and leakage. Make tight sealing for hose connectors to avoid pressure loss.

Proper daily storage and maintenance are critical for longer service life. Drain all residual water and clean surface dirt after use. Roll up the hose only after it is fully dried; never store it with water inside. Keep it in cool and ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources, oil and chemicals. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent premature aging and brittleness of PE material.

Regular inspection and timely damage handling are necessary. Check the hose wall for scratches, bulges, abrasions and tiny holes before and after each use. Repair minor damages promptly and replace heavily damaged hoses. Handle and roll gently; do not step on or crush the hose. Turn over long‑idle hoses periodically to prevent adhesion and ensure stable performance for next application.
